    6–10 hours of exclusive use

    Access to kitchen/catering area

    For artists, photographers, & makers who crave atmosphere.

    Photography: $125–$175/hr (2-hour minimum)

    Film / Video Production: $200–$250/hr

    Discounted half-day & full-day available

    The Parlor as your recurring creative home.

    Weekly or monthly bookings for classes, rehearsals, or workshops

    $75–$100/hr (block booking discounts available)

    Minimum 1 month commitment

  • Add-Ons, Deposit & Policies

    Cleaning Fee: $150–$300

    Kitchen / Catering Access: $100

    A/V Equipment: $50–$100

    On-Site Staff: $25–$40/hr per person

    Late Night Surcharge (after 11pm): +$100/hr

    50% deposit required to hold the date

    Refundable damage deposit: $300–$500

    Overtime billed at 1.5x hourly rate
